I am a Masters student in the department of Materials Science and Engineering. I finished my undergraduate studies in Nanoscience at Beijing Jiaotong University (China) and University of Waterloo (Canada). My previous research was mainly focused on moisture-induced nanogenerators and ultrastable polymeric glasses. I am really grateful to my PIs, prof. Norman Zhou and prof. James Forrest, who guided me to the world of science and taught me how to conduct a research project independently.

After coming to Stanford, I launched a new journey in neuroscience with prof. Guosong Hong. I was fascinated by the beauty of the brain and the power of neurostimulation and felt excited to do some research in this field. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and watching TV shows.
